I forgot.” Some favorite expressions of adults: “It’s not my job. . . No one told me. . . It couldn’t be helped.” True freedom begins and ends with personal accountability.” ~ Dan Zadra

I am being lead down a path of accountability. This quote really hit me today. How many times do we find excuses for what we didn’t do? How many times do we just avoid a task “because”?

We need to take responsibility for our actions. We need to become accountable to ourselves. The biggest reason we can not achieve our goals is often one thing, ourselves!

How do we overcome this obstacle? We learn to hold ourselves accountable. If we are our own biggest obstacle, imagine how life will be when we turn out to be our own biggest cheerleader!
