Webkins anyone?
We are visiting up north. And of course my daughters find all sorts of new and interesting things to do up here. Well a few days ago, my loving mother, bought my daughter a webkin and the other a TYgirl. Anyone know anything about these at all? Anyone have any kids that play with these?
Just wondering. I had never heard of them before. Saw in TOPS they were $30 retail and my mind reeled. Mom got them for much less. Just curious. Leave a note 
I know about them because I am a teacher and it is “all the rage” right now! Webkinz are little stuffed animals that have a “code” around their necks when you buy them! You log onto the webkinz.com website and register your code (well your child) and they can feed their pet virtually, play games, locate other friends that have webkinz, all kinds of stuff! A student showed me and she has three of the things! I bought one out of shear curiosity! They are cute!

I collect Ty Beanies, but has never heard much about these. they sound cool! I want some! lol

Most of the kids I know have webkinz. My son who is 6 has a few but he is now getting bored of them. They are usually around $10 or $12 depending on where you buy them-mostly gift shops or Hallmark.
