Walking is amazing
Not only is it good for you, but I get so many great ideas.
When you are doing areobics you are inside. Paying attention to the teacher or videos. You have to concentrate on what you are doing.
Getting outside and walking is great. You are getting excerise. Breathing fresh air, hopefully. Your mind can wander and think.
There isn’t a kid bugging you. I plan my walks alone.
I need to take a notebook with me. I always come in and scribble down my ideas when I come in the door. I don’t want to lose any of the great ideas I have come up with.
So get out there and walk!!!







A long time ago, I used to walk with a friend. We had a weight loss contest! lol
She won by 4 pounds I think.
I can imagine how walking can give you resourceful ideas. While you’re walking, your mind is free to think. But right now, it is cold outside with winter coming on. I know excuses, excuses! lol
When spring and summer hits, I will start walking again!

A small notebook would be a good idea to take along.

I’m an advocate for walking. Walking is my mode of transportation. Currently I’m doing an in-home walking program using free weights and it’s just so wonderful because I can walk anytime I want. I don’t have to worry about cold, wet weather. When the weather is nicer though, my walking becomes jogging and it really just helps me clear my mind which makes room for creative ideas.
