Stick to it ness
Seems that in the past ten years I have problems finishing things. I used to be very goal oriented and always finish the projects that I started. Well in the past ten years that has gone right down the drain.
I cleaned my soap/craft closet yesterday. I am amazed at the amount of projects in there that were half done. What’s the deal? How many half cross stiched projects can one have? I had boxes where I had started to get organized and you can see where I am half done with organizing. If that isn’t pitiful I don’t know what is.
Maybe that is why I am so thrilled that my book is actually done. I started that book over two years ago, but now it is done. I actually finished something. I need to be able to apply that to the rest of my life. I want to be able to finish everything I start. Or at the very least not give up on the projects that I start unless they are real stinkers.
On the writing front I am working on getting it all together. In writing Tranquintity I did it by chapters, so as I re-read it and fixe errors I am putting it all in one big document. It is great seeing it all together. See that is the power of having something finished.
Now I just need to apply that to cleaning my house!
